What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on the services required and the length of the project. Please contact us for a personalized quote or visit maxrfilms.com/appointments to see prices for our general services.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for several projects and for clients who book multiple sessions in advance. Also follow our social media pages to obtain regular savings coupons.

Will I receive a copy of my song after the session?

Yes. You will receive a rough mix of your song at the end of your session. A full professional mix and master are available for an additional fee.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, an appointment is required for most services. We require all appointments to be scheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

Will I be able to reschedule an appointment?

Appointments may be rescheduled online at maxrfilms.com up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Will I be able to cancel an appointment?

To cancel an appointment, please call 207-330-9931 at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you give back refunds for missed appointments?

No. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments. You can cancel your appointment or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We make paying for our services simple and secure. We accept all standard payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Will there be opportunities for song revisions?

The artist will be entitled to up to two (2) free revision rounds per song following the initial recording session (“Revisions”). Each revision round may include reasonable corrections, adjustments, or modifications to the recorded material, such as vocal performance edits, arrangement changes, or mix notes. All revision requests must be communicated clearly within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe after delivery of the initial session files or mix. Additional revisions beyond the two (2) included rounds, or requests that substantially alter the original scope of the project (e.g., re-recording full sections, adding new instrumentation not previously agreed upon), may be subject to additional fees and scheduling availability at the discretion of the Producer/Engineer. Failure to request revisions within the agreed timeframe will be considered acceptance of the work as delivered.
