This Content Licensing Policy outlines the terms under which films, videos, music, audio recordings, images, and other creative materials produced by MaxR Film Studios may be used, licensed, or distributed.

All creative works displayed on the MaxR Film Studios website, social media platforms, or promotional materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement, all creative materials produced by MaxR Film Studios remain the intellectual property of MaxR Film Studios.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Film productions
• Short films and video content
• Music recordings and compositions
• Audio production and sound design
• Photography and visual media
• Logos, branding, and graphic design
• Promotional trailers, clips, and edited media

Client projects may be subject to separate agreements that define ownership and licensing rights.

MaxR Film Studios reserves the right to display completed projects, excerpts, and behind-the-scenes materials in portfolios, promotional content, showreels, and marketing materials unless otherwise restricted by a written agreement with a client.

This may include displaying work on:

• The MaxR Film Studios website
• Social media platforms
• Online portfolios and promotional reels
• Film festivals or professional presentations

Individuals, organizations, or media outlets wishing to use content created by MaxR Film Studios must obtain written permission before using the material.

Content licensing may be granted for purposes including:

• Broadcast or streaming use
• Commercial advertising
• Film or television production
• Online media or editorial use
• Educational or non-commercial projects

Licenses may be subject to fees, usage restrictions, duration limits, geographic limitations, or attribution requirements.

Without prior written authorization from MaxR Film Studios, the following actions are prohibited:

• Copying or redistributing films, videos, or music
• Re-uploading content to other platforms
• Using music or video in commercial projects
• Editing, modifying, or remixing media created by MaxR Film Studios
• Claiming ownership or authorship of any MaxR Film Studios content

Unauthorized use may result in legal action or copyright enforcement measures.

For commissioned projects, ownership and usage rights will be defined in the applicable production or service agreement between MaxR Film Studios and the client.

Depending on the agreement, clients may receive:

• Full ownership rights
• Limited usage licenses
• Distribution rights
• Commercial or promotional rights

MaxR Film Studios may retain rights to use project materials for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

When licensed content is used publicly, proper credit may be required. Attribution guidelines will be specified in the licensing agreement and may include language such as:

“Produced by MaxR Film Studios”

or

“Music / Video by MaxR Film Studios”

MaxR Film Studios actively monitors unauthorized use of its creative works. If content is used without permission, we reserve the right to:

• Issue copyright takedown requests
• Pursue removal of infringing material
• Seek compensation or legal remedies where appropriate

Requests to license or use MaxR Film Studios content should be submitted in writing with details including:

• The content you wish to use
• Intended purpose and platform
• Duration of use
• Geographic distribution
• Whether the use is commercial or non-commercial
